Twinings signs up for customer service research

The market research services of Mackman Research have been called upon again by tea giant Twinings to undertake crucial business to business market research.   Customer satisfaction market research of satisfaction levels of global trade customers dealt with by the International Customer Services team will take place in June 2010. The online customer satisfaction survey includes qualitative and quantitative research. The market intelligence gathered will be compared with previous findings. This years web survey will include satisfaction survey questions that can be trended over four years.


Mackman Research Joins Suffolk ProHelp

Following an approach and invitation by Business in the Community (BitC) Mackman Research has joined Suffolk Prohelp.  Established in 1989, ProHelp is the largest provider of free professional support to communities in the UK.  Sufffolk ProHelp was launched in 2001 and the membership includes representatives from almost every part of the countys’ business community.  Previously Mackman Group has been an active member of  Colchester ProHelp which is the town that the company was launched in 2003.
