Hi! I’m Trinity Stock and I’m a researcher at Mackman. My role involves all things market research from client liaisons to data collection to report writing and presenting research findings. Over the last 4 years I have worked for 2 different retail companies in their head offices both based in Essex, one was a home living e-commerce company, the other was a cosmetics company. Both my roles were analyst roles where I was working with datasets, building reports and presenting findings to the rest of the business and key stakeholders.

I started my career by doing an apprenticeship straight out of college where I had the opportunity to learn and earn at the same time and finished the apprenticeship with a distinction in business administration level 3. The apprenticeship gave me the best kick start into my career and helped open my eyes up to how a business runs, how to manage projects and gave me the opportunity to learn the role as an analyst.

What is your favourite part about working for Mackman?

My favourite part about Mackman is the environment and that the company works very collaboratively across teams. I am also really enjoying working for an agency rather than in-house and working with multiple clients and different projects.

What sort of activities do you enjoy in your free time?

In my free time you will usually find me walking my dog around Sudbury and going on adventures with him, as he needs a lot of exercise, he takes up a lot of my time! I also try and spend my time doing something creative such as reading, painting or decorating my house. I enjoy watching TV and YouTube and often spend time gaming.

Essex County Council - COVID-19 Business Research

Government

Mackman Research was commissioned by Essex County Council to conduct an important business support survey during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This project has since gone on to be selected as a finalist in the 'Best Data Collection – Interviewer Administered' category of the MRS Operations Awards 2021.
