Calling all Essex businesses! Mackman Research is carrying out a survey on behalf of Essex County Council. This research is being conducted because Essex County Council want to know how they can better support the Essex business community. We value your opinion and your response will shape Essex County Council's business support and economic growth strategy, helping Essex businesses to recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mackman Research will be conducting telephone interviews over the next few weeks - unfortunately, we don't have time to speak to everyone in person. We would love to hear from as many Essex businesses as possible, so if you would like to participate online, please click on the following link to complete the survey:
Survey length: 10 minutes
If you have missed a call from one of our research team, don't panic. We have contacted you because you are a representative of an Essex business. Essex County Council has commissioned us to conduct research on their behalf: we are not a call centre. The research will consist of a survey, sent out online and followed up by telephone, which allows us to have a more in-depth conversation with you to gather your valued opinion. You should have received communication with the details of the research project by email that gives you an opportunity to opt out of the survey. Please contact us if you would like to opt out. Alternatively, click here to complete the survey online in your own time, or speak to one of our researchers on 01206 625222 to arrange a convenient time to speak.
The research project will help Essex County Council to develop the support that is needed for Essex businesses in order to respond to the twin challenges of COVID-19 and the EU Exit. Our researchers have designed a survey to be delivered both online and over the telephone to help the Council understand what would make a real difference to businesses in Essex. Questions focus on where resources can be best placed to help to recover jobs and invest in skills development. We are therefore really keen to hear about your experiences, and gather the views of all of those involved in the business community in Essex.
