Essex County Council partnered with Mackman Research to conduct follow-up research assessing the health of Essex businesses after an initial study during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Discover insights from our mixed-method approach and key findings.

Mackman Research was commissioned by Essex County Council to conduct an important business support survey during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This project has since gone on to be selected as a finalist in the ‘Best Data Collection – Interviewer Administered’ category of the MRS Operations Awards 2021.

Mackman Research was commissioned to conduct a client satisfaction survey by the Appointments Commission. They supplied Mackman Research with a potential set of questions and Mackman Research designed a complete telephone questionnaire on behalf of the Appointments Commission. The findings informed recommendations for change.
