The Mackman Research team are proud to have been shortlisted to the finals of Business In The Community's (BITC) Pro-Bono Company of the Year 2012 Awards. The BITC East of England Awards Gala Dinner will be held on the 19th of June at Hengrave Hall, near Bury St Edmunds.

Mackman are keen supporters and firm believers in supporting organisations within our local community and the whole team here at Mackman Research are dedicated to helping other organisations and groups 'grow'.

Research Director

Dr Gemma Mackman is co-founder and Research Director of the Mackman Group. Her professional career has given her a broad knowledge of business practices, an appreciation of good customer service and experience of a diverse range of sectors. Gemma is also a member of the Market Research Society and has completed research training provided by the Economic and Social Research Council.

Essex County Council - COVID-19 Business Research

Government

Mackman Research was commissioned by Essex County Council to conduct an important business support survey during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This project has since gone on to be selected as a finalist in the 'Best Data Collection – Interviewer Administered' category of the MRS Operations Awards 2021.
